My first JOB is to KNOW my job! I am a full time Realtor and have been for the last 26 years. I never stopped seaking further education. I have several designations and am continuously taking seminars to stay on top of the market.

My STRENGTHS:
COMMUNICATION - I will be with you all the way. I will take care of you as though you were a member of my family. It is not about the sale, it is about the person.
HONESTY - My interest is in your interest. I want what is best for you; not me!
INTEGRITY - I promise you that you will be able to trust me in everything I do.
EDUCATION - This is a continuous process. Our market is ever changing and it is important to know what is happening and what is coming up.
KINDNESS - I know that home buying and selling can be a most stressful time. I will be your cushion. I will be careful to to provide you the information you need and to take care of any obstacles before they surface.

I have the ability to get to know you and understand what your needs are. I don't see your home as something you are meerly buying or selling. It is an extension of you. I understand what it is that motivates you and what your goals are. In the same way, I use these skills during negotiation by reading the motivations of your future buyer or seller.

I can go into a home and see it for what it can be over what it is. This helps with the staging if you are selling, or showing you how it might fit your needs if you are buying.

I "play well with others". This helps in my field. It is important to be respected by your peers.


I have owned homes. Sold homes. Tried to sell my home by owner. Owned rental properties, being the Landlord and property manager of those properties.

I pride myself in working for my clients without considering commission. It is called WORK ETHIC. A quality I have possessed all my adult life.

A Little About Me
I am a graduate of Illinois State University in Education. After graduating, I taught 5th grade for 6 years, before having and raising my own children, at which point I ran the family business.

My younger years I grew up in Miami, Florida before moving to Virginia where my family bought 110 acres, 28 horses, cows, and chickens. We also housed ducks, dogs, cats, and pigs. It was a great life.

I have 3 children, which are grown, living in Illinois and Tennessee and one here in Henderson.
